The successful candidates will have: leadership in enhancing educational programs, increasing research expenditures, building research groups in critical areas, forging strategic interdisciplinary collaborations. An earned doctorate in a relevant discipline is required, as is demonstrated potential for academic leadership, a strong record of scholarship, success in effective integration of research and teaching, and fluency in English or Chinese.
